You feel everything. Before a word is said, you’ve already picked up the mood.
You carry energy that doesn't belong to you, and often don’t realize it until much later. You retreat to renew and recharge.
You recharge in calm, quiet mornings, One-on-one moments. That’s where your spirit breathes. Being alone is love affair of perfect harmony.
You crave real conversation — depth of thoughts are felt. You silence the distraction of what is being delivered as background noise. You listen between every word spoken, silence has become your peace.
Moments that molded you have made you softer, wiser, stronger. They taught you what matters — and what doesn’t.
You no longer chase unclear or manic energy. You stopped shrinking to fit into places where your depth felt like a burden, and times of abandoning self. You bring the light and shine your energy but no longer lingering among the flicker.
Now, you move toward what feels real. What feels calm. What feels like peace.
You are learning to trust your gut — fully. You follow what feels steady, even if it’s quiet. You care less about what shines on the outside and more about what feels right on the inside.
You’ve let go of needing approval.
You don’t seek attention. You seek connection — honest, open, grounding connection. The kind where you don’t have to filter yourself, where silence is safe, and presence is enough.
It’s protecting your peace. Saying no without guilt. Choosing what feels right, even if no one else understands it.
You’ve outgrown drama, shallow talk, and people who disappear when things get real!
You want less noise. More peace. Fewer people. Deeper connection.
And for the first time in a long time, that feels like more than enough.
There is a seat at my table, I look forward to meeting you. Be present, silent and at peace.
You matter, stay F.L.Y.
What are you doing to protect your peace as an empath?
I have learned to love the peace I get in the space of enjoying who I am , what makes me happy and not allowing anyone or anything take that peace . I think we go thru a period of being scared of being alone …. And we feel we need people to not feel alone , because everyone is scared of the unknown . People look to others for there joy, peace , happiness when it’s within you all along those thi no s come from looking for that within yourself and allowing yourself to be happy alone!
