My journey to F.L.Y. (First Love Yourself) wasn't something known, I had already convinced myself, I did! I was beyond 50, thinking I was in my comfort zone and living life on autopilot with a pre-planned existence, and then I faced a grounding experience. A spiral that kept me furloughed from who I was meant to be.

This led me to surrender my need for control, a mindset that had kept me stuck, abandoning myself. Despite appearing confident and strong, I felt far from the truth, trapped in a self-created illusion. Perhaps you can relate to those limiting beliefs about yourself. I once chased external validation, working tirelessly for worthiness, until a pivotal shift towards self-love became essential for aligning with my desired life. Years of indecision, a need for control, and misdirected energy culminated and everything drifted away: family, friends, lifestyle, marriage, career, and home. A new beginning, left with two suitcases and my car, I faced the unknown with fear and a scarcity mindset. This journey, however, had a purpose, bringing me here. The creation of F.L.Y. Girl Endeavors emerged from this transformation, recognizing that the love you receive mirrors your self-respect and self-love. Every challenge is a lesson in embracing our imperfect perfection.

The creation of F.L.Y. Girl Endeavors evolved after discovering that you can only receive love as great as you honor, respect and love yourself. The world is your reflection, every trial a lesson to a greater self, a faith to lead with your belief.
